Besides providing legal and extra-judicial aid in civil, administrative, commercial, banking and bankruptcy law, the Firm deals with leases and credit recovery, specialized in new atypical contracts (leasing - factoring - franchising).
In the Law Firm, two lawyers, a consultant and FOUR secretaries work with the lawyer Carlo Boccacino.
Lawyer Carlo Boccacino took his degree in law at the University of Pavia on October 26th 1982 by discussing a thesis entitled "The Arbitration in Labour Disputes” with Prof. Michele Taruffo and graduating with honours and right of publication.
After passing the State Exam he was admitted to the “Biella Lawyer Register” on June 04, 1985 and authorized to provide legal aid at the Superior Courts on February 21, 2002.
In 1990 and 1991 he held masters of law and university courses at “Città Studi” (University of Biella).
He specialized in civil, administrative, commercial, banking and bankruptcy law, with particular attention to credit recovery and new atypical contracts (leasing - factoring - franchising).
At present Carlo Boccacino is the vice Chairman of the “Building Property Association of Biella” (“Associazione Biellese della Proprietà Edilizia”), a territorial section of “Confedilizia”.
